How to order?

Warranty

1、5years for customized designs from the shipping date

2、If the product is defective,please notify us within 5 days of delivery

3、All products must be returned on their original condition,in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.

Shipping

1、Products are shipped via EMS.DHL.UPS.Fedex.TNT and HK air mail

2、Within 30days delivery upon receiving payment and quantity.

3、In order to ensure you receive you order tax free upin import ,we can declare lower value

4、Shipping via EMS.UPS.Fedex and TNT express usually takes 3-7days.

How to know a light can be dimmed?

General speaking, except the fluorescent bulb, the lampholders such as GU10 and MR16 can be dimmed but not all light sources are compatible with the dimmer in the lamp, then you may need to test it or just contact us for assistance by email or phone call. /for better advice.
